Find answers to common questions about our classes, memberships, and your Reformer Pilates journey.
Can I cancel my membership any time?
Monthly rolling memberships can be cancelled after the minimum terms at any time with no penalty. Your membership runs until the end of your current billing period. 3-month commitments run for the full term.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes — memberships can be frozen for up to 4 weeks per year. Just get in touch with us directly and we’ll sort it out.
Do I need to bring anything?
Grip socks are required in the studio — you can purchase KIN socks at reception or bring your own. Water bottle recommended. We provide everything else.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. If you’d like to bring a friend, KIN Power and Unlimited memberships include guest passes each month.
What happens to unused classes?
Monthly membership credits do not roll over to the following month. Class pack credits never expire and can be used at any time.
What's the late cancellation policy?
We ask for 12 hours notice to cancel a booking. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a credit being deducted from your account.
Is there a minimum age?
KIN is open to anyone 16 and over. Under 18s require parental consent to join.
What's the difference between a membership and a class pack?
Memberships are billed monthly and give you a set number of credits each month at a lower per-class rate. Class packs are one-off purchases with no expiry — ideal if you can’t commit to a regular schedule.
